Brian Roffino currently teaches at Valencia College in Orlando as a Professor of English. He is also a Life Coach and frequently works with students, faculty, and staff to help them move themselves forward.

While he has written four books (the last of which is in final revisions to seek publication), he currently focuses his energy on developing as an online educator and creating communities of belonging even among online cohorts.

He loves reading, thinking, writing, and preaching about mindset, coaching, and improving community. He hopes to broaden others’ understanding of growth mindsets in all aspects of life and inspire others to take up the work of making our communities more cohesive and more respectful, not in spite of our differences, but because of them. Stories can help with this. Each of us, every one, has more listening and learning to do.
